We all have strengths - things that we are good at, or could be good at. Make a list of your strengths. Ask others what they see as your strengths. Maybe you are good at art or drawing. Maybe you tell great stories or jokes. Maybe you are good at entertaining or listening to others. Do something you are good at at least once a day.
