The Halton District School Board will once again host the Human Rights Symposium on Monday, Dec. 11 to engage in vital conversations and challenge thinking. The theme of this year’s event is Holistic Health: Our voices, our stories, our calls to action, and centres around holistic health (physical, emotional, mental, spiritual and social) as a human right regardless of age, background or socio-economic status. This year the symposium will be designed and led by students for students.
HDSB schools are invited to view the livestream of the Human Rights Symposium and hear from a panel of students who will be engaging in vital conversations. The event will be from 9:30 - 10:30 a.m. The 2023 symposium will be a virtual event for HDSB students (Grade 7-12) and staff only.
