The opening of Milton SW #12 ps, located on Kennedy Circle West, will be delayed from its original targeted date. As such, students residing in its catchment area, will be temporarily redirected to Rattlesnake Point PS: (1385 Kovachik Blvd), until such a time the new Milton SW #12 ps is open.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Why is a redirection necessary?
At this time, Milton #12 ps will not be ready to open for September 2022, as construction has yet to commence, and the Board awaits final approvals to begin construction.
The current five (5) Milton #12 ps holding schools are witnessing pressures that will preclude them from accommodating ongoing growth generated from the future catchment area. Therefore using Rattlesnake Point will allow for these students to be housed at one community as opposed to several.
Q: What is the construction status of Milton SW #12?
The Board is awaiting final approvals to award the tender for the construction of the Milton #12 ps. Once approvals are granted, the Board has the necessary approvals to begin construction immediately afterwards.
