There were 402 projects at the fair with 458 students representing 103 regional science fairs across all of Canada. Student competitors from Mexico, Taiwan and Thailand also attended.

- Monica Mahut, M. M. Robinson High School, Grade 10, Intermediate Bronze Medal - Project: WATS UP: Water Activated Transportation System Uplifting Physics.
- Stefanie Mahut, Rolling Meadows Public School, Grade 8, Junior Bronze Medal - Project: TWEET: Torsionally Whirling Environmentally Esthetic Turbine.
- Ellie Xu, Garth Webb Secondary School, Grade 11, Senior Bronze Medal - Project: C.O.D.I.A. (Computer Operated & Delightfully Intelligent Assistant).
