The Halton District School Board features content on its website called Spotlight on Schools. Appearing regularly on the website homepage, these stories detail the numerous learning opportunities in our 108 elementary and secondary schools.
From unique teaching innovations to community engagement activities by students and staff, Spotlight on Schools provides parents, schools, students, and staff and community members with insightful stories about educational endeavours in the HDSB. This content can be:
- Videos (short and full-length)
- Full-length articles/stories with a picture
- A brief write up featuring a photo
- A PHOTO REEL (pictures set to sound) that highlight student learning and engagement
- Animations or graphic work
