The Halton District School Board (HDSB) Board of Trustees meetings typically occur on the first Tuesday of each month at 6 p.m. at the J.W. Singleton Education Centre (2050 Guelph Line, Burlington, ON L7R 3Z2). Members of the public are welcome to watch the public session of Board meetings in person or online.

Seating is strictly limited to 60 persons in our public gallery on a first-come, first-served basis. The public will be asked to wait outside of the Board building until the public session of the meeting is ready to begin and the doors are opened. To ensure the safety of all who attend our Board Meetings, attendees will be required to present identification and sign in to gain access to the meeting.

HDSB’s Statement of Personal Information Practices. Please note that no outside placards, banners, signs, pennants, flags, etc. shall be brought/worn to a Board meeting, nor is the distribution of flyers permitted.
The public is reminded that Board meetings and observers do not have an opportunity to speak at or during the meeting unless they are scheduled to present or delegate before the Board. Members of the public are expected to act responsibly with decorum.
Board Agenda and Minutes
Board meeting agenda packages include the associated reports, minutes from the last meeting, and other documentation relating to the agenda for that meeting date.
