Student Senators will be required to attend the following Student Senate meetings. With the exception of meetings that will be mentioned here, all meetings will have staggered start times:
for elementary students (6-8 p.m.) and
secondary students (7-9 p.m.). From 7-8 pm. both elementary and secondary students are in attendance allowng for discussion of Student Senate-related initiatives relevant to all students. Pizza will be provided at 7 p.m. for all Senators.
Student representatives should bring the signed
Bus Field Trip Notification and Permission Form to the first meeting.

Where are the meetings held?
Student Senate meetings will take place at the
J. W. Singleton Education Centre, 2050 Guelph Line, in the Board Room. The first meeting will be announced as soon as it is scheduled. For this meeting,
all students are required to arrive at
5:30 p.m. to begin registration procedures. The meeting will continue until
8:00 p.m. for both elementary and secondary students. The implementation of the staggered meeting schedule will be announced as soon as it is determined.
Do Parents Need to Attend?
Whether you're a school administrator, parent or guardian, we appreciate your support of our Student Senators. Please note that Halton District School Board staff members are not required to attend any of the Student Senate meetings. Furthermore, transportation is NOT provided for Student Senators, as this is a volunteer position.
