About the Student Well-Being IEHR Team
The SWB IEHR Team strives to increase equity in student wellness by working alongside staff to identify ways to bolster strengths and mitigate barriers faced by students and staff. The goal is to provide students and families with support that is anti-oppressive, anti-racist, and inclusive, where all students feel seen, heard, respected, and have all the support and resources they need to flourish.
The SWB IEHR Team responds to ongoing requests made through the SWB IEHR referral form by students, families, administrators, educators, social workers, child & youth workers, and other support staff with informed practices that provide mental health support. Team members will provide culturally responsive ser vices that are anti-racist and anti-oppressive.
