This year, because of the presence and impact of COVID-19 and racial injustice, our individual and collective mental health is being challenged. Stress, worry, anger and anxious feelings are understandable and a way for us to adapt to these stressful situations.
Spring 2022 Mental Health & Well-Being Information Sessions for Parents/Guardians
The HDSB is hosting mental health & well-being information sessions for parents/guardians this Spring. These sessions will cover specific topics based on feedback from parents/guardians. Each will be led by a mental health expert in that area who will share their knowledge and provide helpful information and resources.
